1. Tubular tank design, built-in multiplepole chambers, each pole chamber has a compact structure, which makes thesolution more fully electrolyzed, can disperse the influence of stray currentduring the electrolysis process, and improve the electrolysis efficiency. Theelectrolysis efficiency can reach more than 85%; the tank body, flange andwater inlet and outlet are all made of thickened acrylic material, which isstronger, more transparent, and more integrated and beautiful than those on the

market.


2. Electrode group design with plate-typebipolar structure. Cooling holes and heat exchange rings are designed on theplate, which provides a long electrolyte flow path. Under a suitabletemperature environment, the concentration of available chlorine can reach morethan 8500ppm; optimized the latest electrode plate spacing and connectionmethod reduce the influence of connectors on resistance, reduce saltconsumption and power consumption, and reduce by-products such as chlorate, andthe effective chlorine output is stable;


3. Optimized electrode plate coatingformula. The electrode group coating adopts our company's optimized nano-scalefine-grained ruthenium-iridium mixed oxide coating suitable for chlorineanalysis environment, which has stronger corrosion resistance and longerservice life. long;


4. Each batch of sodium hypochloriteelectrode plate and tank has a production batch and material identificationnumber, which can trace the use of each component, and replace it for free orfor a fee within the warranty period. After the warranty period, return to thefactory for repair or replacement parts ,after sale service provided.
